基于乡村振兴战略下的矿区综合治理研究

Study on Comprehensive Management of Mining Areas Based on the Strategy of Vitalizing Rural Areas

本文从实施乡村振兴战略出发,根据山东省目前乡村振兴和矿区治理现状,分析了当前在治理体制、机制运行不畅,制度创新能力不足,政策制定存在空白,治理、验收、移交"三难"等方面的问题,提出了创新机制、完善工作体系、探索产业治理模式、做好结合文章等方面的思路建议。

Starting from implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization and according to the present situation of Rural Revitalization and mining area governance in Shandong Province, this paper analyses the problems in the current governance system, mechanism operation is not smooth, system innovation ability is insufficient, policy formulation is blank, governance, acceptance and transfer of "three difficulties", and puts forward innovative mechanism, perfect working system, explore industrial governance mode and do a good job of combination.
