微创臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨微创臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效和安全性,并且与传统治疗方法相比较。方法:回顾性分析2013年7月至2015年12月我院收治的57例LDH患者的临床资料。其中,37例患者接受了微创臭氧治疗,为观察组;20例患者接受了传统治疗,为对照组。所有患者均接受CT或者MRI影像学检查。采用视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、改良MacNab评分用于评估治疗效果。结果:所有患者均在治疗后进行了0~18个月的随访,平均随访期为12.1个月。观察组治疗后3个月、1年以及末次随访时的VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);JOA评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者术后3个月、1年改良MacNab评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),末次随访时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均未发生血管、神经损伤等严重并发症。结论:采用微创臭氧治疗LDH效果显著,创伤小,安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive ozone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods: The clinical data of 57 patients with LDH treated in our hospital from Jul 2013 to Dec 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them,37 patients received minimally invasive ozone therapy as observation group, and 20 patients received traditional treatment as control group. All patients had underwent CT or MRI imaging. Visual analogue scale(VAS),Japan Orthopedic Association(JOA)score and modified MacNab score were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results: All the patients were followed up for 0-18 months, with an average follow-up period of 12.1 months. The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower and JOA score was significantly higher than that of the control group at 3 months,1 year and the last follow-up(P< 0.05). The total effective rate of modified MacNab score of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group at 3 months,1 year follow-up(P<0.05). There was no significance in the modified MacNab score at the last follow-up(P> 0.05). Serious complications such as vascular and nerve injury were not occurred. Conclusions: The use of minimally invasive ozone in the treatment of LDH is effective,less invasive,safe and less complication. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
