术后睡眠障碍与术后康复相关性的研究进展

Research progress of postoperative sleep disturbance and postoperative recovery

术后睡眠障碍是术后常见并发症之一,以患者主诉睡眠难以满足自身需要为特征,包括睡眠剥夺、睡眠碎片化、慢波睡眠以及快速动眼睡眠时间减少等。多项研究表明术后睡眠障碍严重影响术后康复。本文主要对术后睡眠障碍的危险因素、睡眠障碍与术后并发症的关系、睡眠障碍对术后康复的不利影响,以及术后睡眠障碍治疗措施等方面进行综述,为临床实践提供参考。

Postoperative sleep disturbance is one of the common postoperative complications,and characterized by sleep deprivation,sleep fragmentation,and reduced slow-wave sleep and rapid eye movement sleep. Numerous studies have shown that postoperative sleep disturbance significantly affects postoperative recovery. This article reviews the risk factors of postoperative sleep disturbance,the relationship between sleep disturbance and postoperative complications,the adverse effects of sleep disturbance on postoperative recover,and the treatment of postoperative sleep disturbance.
