摘要
目的:比较"1+2"人才培养模式与传统人才培养模式护理学生专业承诺的差异,了解相关影响因素。方法:采用大学生专业承诺量表,以问卷调查的方式收集数据资料。结果:"1+2"人才培养模式入组学生在进入临床学习前后的专业承诺比较显示情感承诺、继续承诺及规范承诺都有升高(P<0.05),但是理想承诺无明显变化;与传统的"2+1"人才培养模式入组学生比较亦显示以上结果 (P<0.05)。结论:"1+2"人才培养模式对于提高护理学生专业承诺水平有一定帮助,可在学有余力的学生中进一步推广。护理教育者应积极采取有效措施提高学生专业承诺水平,以减少护理人才流失。
Objective:To compare the differences between the "1+2" training mode and the traditional talent training mode to nurse students' professional commitment,and to understand the related factors. Method:The college students′ professional commitment scale was used to collect data by questionnaire survey. Results:Compared the professional commitment of the "1+2" talent training mode before and after entering clinical learning,the affective commitment,continuance commitment and normative commitment increased(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in ideal commitment. Compared with the traditional "2+1" talent training model,it also showed the same results(P<0.05). Conclusions:On the whole,the "1+2" talent training mode is helpful to improve the level of professional commitment of nursing students,and it can be further promoted among competent students. The level of professional commitment should be raised as early as possible. Nursing educators should take effective measures to improve their professional commitment so as to reduce the loss of nursing talents.
