表皮生长因子受体和HER2在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌中的过度表达及其意义

Overexpression of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor and HER2 in Transitional Epithelial Cell Carcinoma of Bladder and its Significance

目的分析表皮生长因子受体和HER2在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌中的过度表达及意义。方法选择惠州市中心人民医院收治的100例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌患者(研究组)及健康膀胱组织的体检人群100例(参照组)进行观察,观察时间为2016年1月—2018年6月,针对两组观察对象实施免疫组织化学SP法检验,观察对比两组观察对象之间的指标差异。结果研究组100例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌患者检测后的表皮生长因子受体及HER2的过度表达率明显高于对照组健康人群(对照组无表达),两组相比差异有统计学有意义。研究组中表皮生长因子受体的过度表达在不同病理特征之间存在明显差异,HER2的过度表达与临床分期存在关系差异有统计学意义。结论表皮生长因子受体及HER2在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌中的过度表达及病情发展具有一定的相关性,两个指标均呈现过度表达状态表明患者预后较差。

Objective To analyze the overexpression and significance of epidermal growth factor receptor and HER2 in transitional epithelial cell carcinoma of bladder and its significance. Methods 100 patients with bladder transitional cell carcinoma(study group) and 100 healthy cases(control group)were observed. The observation time was from January,2016 to June,2018. Object implemen. tation of immunohistochemical SP method of inspection was observed,and index difference between the two groups was observed and compared. Results The overexpression rate of epidermal growth factor receptor and HER2 in 100 cases of transitional epithelial cell carcinoma of the bladder in the study group was significantly higher than that in the healthy population of the control group(no expres. sion was found in the control group),with statistically significant difference between the two groups. In addition,the overexpression of epidermal growth factor receptor in the study group was significantly different among different pathological characteristics,and the overexpression of HER2 was correlated with clinical stage,with statistically significanct difference. Conclusion Overexpression of epidermal growth factor receptor and HER2 in bladder transitional epithelial cell carcinoma(TCC)are correlated with the develop. ment of the disease. The overexpression of two index shows patients’poor prognosis.
