屈光不正患者行角膜塑形术的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Keratoplasty in Patients with Ametropia

目的探讨采用角膜塑形术治疗屈光不正的临床效果。方法选取广东省中西医结合医院2015年2月—2018年1月期间所收治近视患者35例(70眼),均接受角膜塑形术治疗,对治疗前后患者近、远视力等变化情况进行评估分析。结果35例患者在戴镜3个月后,其近视力、远视力较治疗前均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);35例患者治疗前后其眼压、前房深度并无明显变化(P>0.05),但角膜前表面平均K值明显下降(P<0.05)。结论角膜塑形术是一种有效的屈光不正矫治方法,可有效促进近视患者其视力水平得到恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Orthokeratology in the treatment of ametropia. Methods 35 cases(70 eyes)of myopia patients who were treated from February,2015 to January,2018 underwent Orthokeratology. The changes of near and far vision of patients before and after treatment were evaluated. Results After 3 months of patients’wearing glasses,the near vision and distance vision of the 35 patients were significantly improved compared with those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 35 patients had no intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth before and after treatment,and the difference of changes were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the mean K value of the anterior surface of the cornea decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Orthokeratology is an effective ametropia correction method,which can effectively promote the recovery of visual acuity in myopic patients.
