急诊外固定架联合负压引流术治疗小腿骨折合并严重软组织损伤的疗效

Treatment Effect of Shank Fracture with Severe Soft Tissue Injury by Emergency External Fixator Combined with Negative Pressure Drainage

目的探析对小腿骨折合并严重软组织损伤患者予以急诊外固定架、负压引流术联合治疗的效果。方法抽取在河南省洛阳正骨医院就诊的86例小腿骨折合并严重软组织损伤患者,按照随机数字表法分成对照组、研究组,每组患者各43例,其中对照组予以急诊外固定架治疗,而研究组在此基础上联合负压引流术治疗,观察两组患者的治疗情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为93.02%(40/43),而对照组为72.09%(31/43),显然研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的住院时间、骨折愈合时间均早于对照组,且P<0.05,组间差异有统计学意义.此外,研究组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小腿骨折合并严重软组织损伤患者予以急诊外固定架、负压引流术联合治疗,可降低术后并发症发生,并促使骨折及早愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of emergency external fixation and negative pressure drainage in the treatment of leg fracture with severe soft tissue injury. Methods 86 cases of shank fracture complicated with severe soft tissue injury were selected and divided into control group(n = 43)and control group(n = 43). The control group were treated with emergency external fixator. On this basis,the study group received negative pressure drainage. Treatment of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate was 93.02%(40 / 43)in the study group and 72.09%(31 / 43)in the control group. Obviously,the total effective rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the patients in the study group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. In addition,the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of emergency external fixator and negative pressure drainage for the patients with severe soft tissue injury and fracture of the leg can reduce the postoperative complications and promote the early healing of the fracture,which is worthy of clinical application.
