不同剂量地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉对人工流产术中麻醉效果的影响

Influence of Different Doses of Dezocine Combined with Propofol Anesthesia for Anesthesia During the Period of Induced Abortion

目的探讨不同剂量地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉对人工流产术麻醉效果的影响。方法选取深圳市南山区蛇口人民医院2016年7月—2018年2月行人工流产术孕妇94例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组47例,对两组孕妇麻醉苏醒时间、丙泊酚用量、术后下腹疼痛程度及并发症发生率等进行观察。结果 A组孕妇丙泊酚用量较B组高,苏醒时间较B组长,术后下腹VAS评分较B组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组注射痛、呼吸抑制、术中体动、头晕等麻醉不良反应发生率均较B组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 0.05 mg/kg地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉的麻醉效果最为理想,能减少丙泊酚用量、减轻术后疼痛,也能缩短苏醒时间,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To probe into the influence of different doses of dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia for anesthesia during the period of induced abortion. Methods 94 pregnant women who received artificial abortion in the hospital from July,2016 to February, 2018 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into A group and B group by the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group. Then,the time of anesthesia recovery,the amount of propofol,the degree of postoperative lower abdominal pain and the incidence of complications of pregnant women of two groups were observed. Results The dosage of propofol of pregnant women in A group was higher than that of B group,the recovery time was longer than that of B group,and the lower abdominal VAS score was higher than that of B group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions,such as injection pain,respiratory depression,intraoperative body motion and dizziness in A group were higher than those in B group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The anesthetic effect of 0.05mg/kg dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia are more ideal,which can reduce the dosage of propofol,relieve postoperative pain,and shorten the recovery time. So it has high safety,thus it is worth promoting.
