程序化急救护理在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

Application of Programmed First Aid Nursing in Patients with Severe Acute

目的探究程序化急救护理在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法将焦作市第二人民医院在2015年3月—2017年3月期间收治的120例重症急性胰腺炎患者纳入研究范畴,分组为试验组与对比组。试验组将程序化急救护理用作方案,对比组将常规方式作为护理方案,就两组住院时间、KPS、Spitzer水平,患者对本组护理工作的满意度,两组出现不良反应的情况进行观察。结果相较于对比组,试验组住院时间更短,KPS水平更高,Spitzer水平表现更优;试验组患者对本组工作更为满意,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用程序化急救护理方案对重症急性胰腺炎患者施展护理,大大缩短了患者的住院时间,提升患者的功能状态与生活质量,患者满意度更高,不良情况较少,综合应用效果更优。

Objective To explore the effect of program first aid nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 120 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in the hospital from Mar. 2015 to Mar. 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group. Routine first aid nursing was used as the program in the control group. The routine mode was taken as the nursing plan in the contrast group. The level of KPS and Spitzer was measured according to the length of stay in the two groups. The patients’satisfaction with nursing work and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the trial group performed better than the control group in terms of shorter hospitalization time,higher KPS level and higher Spitzer level,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of program first aid nursing program to the patients with severe acute pancreatitis can greatly shorten the hospitalization time,improve the functional status and quality of life of the patients. The patients’satisfaction is higher and the adverse situation is less. The comprehensive application effect is better.
