摘要
祖辈参与家庭教育的现象广泛存在于当今中国社会。在了解祖辈参与家庭教育的现状并分析其原因的基础上,归纳几种参与方式的特点,明确祖辈参与家庭教育时应坚持:运用丰富的育儿经验、发挥时间和情感优势、做好品德的楷模、成为家庭教育中的综合催化剂等原则,以感恩教育为契机,以赏识教育为途径,以自强教育为目的,以此共同搭建良性的家庭教育环境。
The phenomenon of grandparents’ participation in family education widely exists in current society of China. Based on the present situation and causes of the phenomenon, this paper summarizes and analyzes the features of participation, suggesting some principles concerned: using rich bringing-up experience, giving play to the advantages of time and emotions, setting a good example, and being the comprehensive catalyst of family education. Grandparents should take the chance of gratitude education, adopt the approach of appreciation education, and regard the self-improvement as the educational goal, so that we can create a fi ne environment for family education.
