中学生生涯规划课程重在以学生的生涯发展为主线,启发他们认识自我,了解社会,结合自己的兴趣爱好与社会发展需求,明确自身发展的目标和路径。课程不仅为学生选科分科以及高考填报志愿提供相关的科学量化依据,从长远看,通过生涯规划目标的制定与实施,可以推动他们树立正确的人生价值观和塑造积极向上的健康心理。昆山市开展生涯教育种子教师孵化项目,有利于教师深化生涯规划课程的认识,完善教学设计与教学活动,明确课程发展方向,为各中学开展生涯规划活动提供借鉴参照。

Career planning curriculum for middle school students focuses on students’ development of career and enlightens them to understand themselves and gain insights into society. Meanwhile, they should connect their interest and the requirements of social development to clarify their goals and paths of development. Such curriculum can not only provide students with related scientifi c and quantitative bases for their selecting subjects and college entrance examination enrollment, but also can promote them to establish correct outlooks on life and to create positive and healthy psychology by formulating and implementing the goals of career planning. Besides, Kunshan City has carried out the project of seed teacher incubation for career education, which is conducive to deepening their knowledge of such curriculum, to perfecting their teaching design and activities, and to clarifying the direction of curriculum development, fi nally to provide reference for middle schools’ carrying out career planning activities.
