摘要
为了研究不同长度短切碳纤维云团分散性能及对毫米波干扰性能,构建了实验测试平台,在静风条件下进行了1.5mm/4mm碳纤维不同长度配比爆炸分散实验,研究了云团抛散过程及云团参数变化,测试并分析了云团对3mm、8mm波的干扰性能。实验结果表明:短切碳纤维长度配比对云团分散及云团参数影响很小,对毫米波干扰性能影响显著,且对8mm波的衰减影响更为明显。复合配比装填方式比单一长度具有更优异的综合衰减性能,对3mm波、8mm波的衰减更加均衡,且有利于提高对各波段干扰的有效作用时间。
This study focused on the testing and analysis of dispersion and interference performance of the different length of chopped carbon fiber (CF) clouds to millimeter wave(MMW). The experimental platform was built, and the experiment of the different mass ratio of 1.5 mm and 4 mm CF dispersion explosion was carried out under the condition of no wind. Furthermore, the process of forming clouds and parameters were analyzed, the interference performance of clouds to 3mm wave and 8mm wave was then measured. The results show that the different ratios of CF length has little effect on dispersion and clouds parameters, but significantly affect the interference performance to millimeter wave, and the attenuation effect is more significant to 8mm wave. Compared to the single CF length, composite loading way is more balanced in the interference performance to 3mm wave and 8mm wave, and can help to improve the effective time of CF clouds to millimeter wave.
