摘要
为研发一种烟花微丸用远红外与热风联合低温烘干装置,基于热损耗理论,通过计算烘干箱安装功率,设计出满足烘干要求的两块远红外电热板。利用ANSYS软件对烘干箱内各点的温度分布情况进行分析,验证了烘干箱内温度分布的均匀性。研究结果使烟花生产线的自动化烘干卸料环节得以实现。
To develop low temperature drying device with combination of far-infrared and hot air for fireworks pellet, based on the theory of thermal losses, two far-infrared electric heating boards meeting the drying requirements were designed, by calculating the installation power of the oven. The temperature distribution of each point in the oven was analyzed using ANSYS software, and the uniformity of temperature distribution in the oven was verified. The automatic drying and unloading part of the fireworks production line was realized by using the research results.
