摘要
本研究采用光学微流变仪对不同浓度膀胱脱细胞基质(BAM)预凝胶水溶液的动态成胶过程进行考察。结果表明,在BAM水凝胶成胶过程中,颗粒均方位移(MSD)曲线均出现平台区,且流动因子(FI)逐渐减小,即发生溶胶-凝胶转变;随着BAM浓度的增加,MSD曲线平台区高度降低且向右移动,宏观黏度因子(MVI)和弹性因子(EI)逐渐增大,网格尺寸(ξ)减小,即凝胶粘弹性增强。本研究为组织工程应用中原位注射BAM水凝胶提供了流变学参考。
In this study, the microrheological properties of bladder acellular matrix (BAM) pre-gel solutions with different mass concentrations were investigated during gelation by optical microrheometer. Results showed that the mean square displacement (MSD) of all BAM pre-gel solution generated a plateau region and the fluidity index (FI) gradually decreased. Furthermore, as the BAM concentration increased, the platform height of MSD curves decreased, and the curves shifted to right. The macroscopic viscosity index (MVI), elasticity index (EI) gradually increased, while the mesh size decreased, which indicated that viscoelasticity of BAM hydrogel increased. This study provided a rheological reference for the in situ injection of BAM hydrogels in tissue engineering.
