Research on Criminal Law Regulation Strategy of University Students' Cyber Crime Based on Legal Consciousness

大学生群体作为高素质群体,近年来的网络犯罪案例逐年上升,甚至成为网络犯罪的主导人群,牵引出一系列的负面危害。对此,本文从法律意识的培养角度出发,深入讨论大学网络犯罪的规制策略,试图为提高大学生法律意识、降低大学生网络犯罪率积累实践经验。

As a high-quality group, the cases of cybercrime among college students have increased year by year in recent years, and even become the dominant group of cybercrime, which has led to a series of negative hazards. In this regard, from the perspective of cultivating legal awareness, this paper discusses in depth the criminal law regulation strategy of university cybercrime, trying to improve the legal awareness of college students and reduce the rate of college students’ cybercrime to accumulate practical experience.
