幼儿园区角活动中教师角色的反思与重塑——基于存在主义教育哲学视角 被引量:4

The Introspection and Remodeling of Teachers' Role on Area Activities of Kindergarten——Based on the Perspective of Existential Educational Philosophy

摘要 幼儿园区角活动作为幼儿园课程的重要组成部分,能够同时锻炼幼儿的认知与非认知能力,是促进幼儿身心全面发展的重要途径。然而在实际的教育实践中,却存在着严重的教师角色缺位或越位的现象。存在主义教育哲学对幼儿园区角活动中的教师角色有着积极启示,教师应当是活动中的"自由激励者""空间缔造者""平等对话者"和"危机转化者"。因此,教师在幼儿园区角活动中应坚持儿童本位的教育立场,注意教育气氛的创设,加强师幼平等对话,注重活动指导水平的提高,重视幼儿的危机教育。 As an important component of the kindergarten curriculum, the area activities of kindergarten can simultaneously enhance children’s cognitive and non-cognitive ability, and is an important way of facilitating the comprehensive development of both children’s body and mind. However, in the actual educational practice, there were serious phenomena of the absence or offside of teachers’ role. Existential educational philosophy has positive implications for remodeling the teachers’ role in area activities of kindergarten. A teacher in area activities should be a proponent of freedom, a founder of space, an equal dialogist, a converter of crisis. Therefore, teachers should adhere to the child-centered educational position in the area activities of kindergarten. They ought to pay attention to the creation and design of educational atmosphere, the reinforcement of equal dialogue between teachers and children, the improvement of the level of activities guidance and the crisis education for children.
