党的十九大聚焦全面建设现代化强国这一中国人民魂牵梦绕的宏伟夙愿,首次提出了全面建成小康社会后中国未来30年发展的新"两步走"战略。这既是对党的历届中央领导集体关于中国现代化建设战略思想的赓续与创新,也是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,既丰富了科学社会主义的理论研究视域,也拓展了发展中国家实现现代化的路径,既彰显出以习近平同志为核心的党中央对唯物辩证法规律的娴熟运用,也体现出以习近平同志为核心的党中央对我国现代化建设规律、社会主义建设规律及人类社会发展道路的认识深化。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China focused on building a modern and powerful country, which is a long-cherished wish of the Chinese people. For the first time in history, the 19th National Congress proposed the new Two-stage Strategy for China’s development in the next 30 years after the comprehensive construction of a well-off society. It is not only the continuation and innovation of the party’s historical central collective leadership on China’s modernization development strategy, but also the important part of Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It also enriches the theoretical research horizon of scientific socialism and expands the path of modernization in developing countries. In addition, the new Two-stage Strategy not only demonstrates the skillful use of the laws of materialist dialectics of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, but also reflects a deepened understanding of the law of China’s modernization construction, the socialist development and the development of human society of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core.
