山东省济南市农业产业结构调整问题研究

A Study on the Adjustment of Agricultural Industry Structure in Jinan City, Shandong Province

调整济南农业产业结构是现实需要。目前济南农业产业结构存在的问题是传统农业种植业比重高、农业产业化生产程度低、农业科技产业发展不充分、农业合作经济组织发展滞后,其深层次原因是缺乏整体规划、龙头企业发展弱、农技研发推广不够、政府孵化农业合作经济组织措施不力。调整济南农业产业结构着力点是全市要统一规划调整农业产业结构,提升农业产业化生产经营水平,推进农业科技产业发展,优化农业合作经济组织发展环境。

Adjusting the agricultural industrial structure of Jinan is a realistic need. At present, the problems in Jinan’s agricultural industrial structure are the high proportion of traditional agricultural planting, the low degree of agricultural industrialization, the insufficient development of agricultural science and technology industry, and the lagging development of agricultural cooperative economic organizations. The underlying reasons are the lack of overall planning, the weak development of leading enterprises, insufficient R&D and promotion of agricultural technology, and weak government measures to foster agricultural cooperative economic organizations. The key point of adjusting the structure of Jinan’s agricultural industry is that the city should unify planning and adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, upgrade the level of agricultural industrial production and management, promote the development of agricultural science and technology industry, and optimize the development environment of agricultural cooperative economic organizations.
