军事技术历来代表着一个时代技术创造的最高水平,从诞生开始,其对人类的价值就呈现出相生相克的二重性。自然性和社会性是军事技术价值二重性的根源所在,自然性意味着客观规律性,社会性则体现着主观目的性;进攻性和防御性是军事技术价值二重性的原初映射,人类既需要军事技术来获取资源又需要军事技术来保护自己;解放性和奴役性是军事技术价值二重性的近代写照,人类既运用军事技术打破旧的制度壁垒又运用军事技术抢占新的资本市场;创造性和毁灭性是军事技术价值二重性的现代彰显,军事技术既可以不断创造科技奇迹也可以瞬间毁灭人类文明。

Military technology has always represented the highest level of technological creation in an era.From the beginning of its birth,its value to human beings has shown the duality mutually reinforcing and restraining each other.The two substances namely naturalness and sociality are the original roots to the duality of military technology value,among which the naturalness means the objective regularity,while the sociality reflects the subjective purpose;offensiveness and defensiveness are the original mapping of the duality of military technology value,and humans need military technology to acquire resources,and at the same time to protect themselves;Liberation and slavery are the modern portrayal of the duality of military technology value,with which humans use to break old institutional barriers and to seize new capital markets;Creativity and destruction are the modern manifestation of the duality of military technology value which can not only create scientific and technological miracles,but also instantly destroy human civilization.
