摘要
运用问卷调查法,通过两组数据,探讨大学教师反生产行为的结构及其测量。首先,对网络问卷数据进行探索性因子分析,确定教师反生产行为量表包括科研反生产行为和教学反生产行为;然后在此量表基础上,对纸质问卷数据进行验证性因子分析,发现本研究确定的教师反生产行为量表结构模型拟合度较好及内部一致性系数分析结果证明教师反生产行为问卷具有良好的信度和效度。研究结果表明,教师反生产行为问卷可以为未来研究提供基本研究依据,并且对高校教师管理也具有参考和借鉴意义。
This paper discusses the structure and measurement of college teachers'counterproductive work behaviors with two sets of data through the questionnaire survey method.Firstly,exploratory factor analysis was conducted on the network questionnaire data to determine that the scale of teachers'counterproductive work behaviors,including scientific research counterproductive work behaviors,and teaching counterproductive work behaviors.Then,on the basis of this scale,a confirmatory factor analysis was conducted over the paper questionnaire data,and it was found that the structural model fitting degree of the scale and the internal consistency coefficient analysis results confirmed that the questionnaire had good reliability and validity.The results show that the questionnaire can be used as a basic research in the future and a reference for the management of college teachers.
