DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION OF METALLOCENE POLYETHYLENE OF RAISED TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE FOR PIPE MATERIAL

摘要 在Unipol气相法工艺条件下,结合茂金属催化剂动力学特征,通过优化产品技术指标、聚合工艺参数及造粒工艺等,成功开发出具有优异耐压性能、热稳定性及加工性能的PE-RT管材料,满足50 a长期使用要求,实现了工业化连续稳定生产,在国内获得普遍应用。 Adopting Unipol gas phase polymerization process and combining with kinetics characteristic of metallocene catalyst, PE-RT for pipe material with excellent hydrostatic pressure, thermal stability and processability was developed successfully by optimizing technical index of the product, polymerization process parameters and granulation process etc., which met the requirement of usage period more than 50 years. Industrial continuous stable production and application widely in domestic market were realized.
