摘要
齐鲁烯烃厂芳烃装置歧化混合进料反应换热器由列管式换热器改为绕管式换热器后,反应前的进料与反应后的出料得以充分换热,使得进料已接近反应器内物料反应所需温度。改后该设备的热端温差低,致使加热炉负荷大大降低,从而节省了大量加热炉燃料。
After wound tube heat exchanger was adopted instead of the tube type on the mixed feed reaction heat exchanger in aromatic disproportionation unit in Qilu Olefins Complex, sufficient heat transfer between the feed before reaction and the discharge after reaction was realized, and the temperature of the feedstock was close to the required temperature in the reactor. Temperature difference in hot end of the equipment was low after adopting the wound tube heat exchanger, load of the heating furnace was decreased remarkably, and large amount of heating furnace fuel was saved.
