摘要 介绍中国石化济南炼化公司酸性水罐罐顶有机废气回收进低压瓦斯系统的工艺改造及流程,分析酸性水罐压力控制以及水环真空泵运行情况,并对运行过程中存在联锁失效、低压瓦斯倒串的风险进行了识别。 Process reform and the flow of organic waste gas recovery from the top of acid water tank to low pressure mashgas system in Ji′nan Refining and Chemical Co., SINOPEC was described. Running situations of the pressure control on the acid water tank and water ring vacuum pump were analyzed;risks such as interlocking failure and inverted stream of the low pressure mashgas existing in the running course were distinguished.
