某电动汽车空调机组的仿真分析

摘要 电动汽车空调系统的运行需要消耗整车的电能,因此空调机组的性能显得尤为重要。为提升电动汽车空调机组性能,运用计算流体力学仿真方法开展电动汽车空调机组性能分析,采用商用CFD软件ANSYS Fluent进行空调机组三维流场仿真计算,结合空调机组换热器试验结果,仿真与试验结果误差在6%以内。分析结果表明,仿真结果与试验结果误差在合理范围之内,可以为改善空调机组性能、降低汽车能耗提供理论依据。 The operation of air conditioning system of electric vehicles needs to consume electric energy of the whole vehicle,so the performance of the air conditioning unit is particularly important. In order to improve the performance of electric vehicle air conditioning unit, the performance analysis of electric vehicle air conditioning units is carried out by using computational fluid dynamics simulation method. The commercial CFD software ANSYS Fluent is used to carry out three-dimensional flow field simulation calculation of air conditioning units. Combined with the test results of air conditioning unit heat exchanger, the error between simulation and test results is less than 6%. The analysis results show that the error between simulation results and test results is within a reasonable range, which can provide theoretical basis for improving the performance of air conditioning units and reducing vehicle energy consumption.
