摘要
为了提高车辆的悬架K&C性能以及操纵稳定性,该文针对某款SUV车型的麦弗逊式前悬架,利用ADAMS软件建立用于仿真分析的多体动力学模型,进行同向轮跳分析及灵敏度优化分析,对悬架的关键硬点进行优化。分析结果表明,优化后的硬点能够提高悬架的K特性。此方法有利于提高车辆的操纵稳定性,能够为车辆的性能开发提供支持。
In order to improve K&C characteristics of suspension and the vehicle handling stability, this paper uses ADAMS software to establish a multi-body dynamics model for simulation analysis for a certain SUV model’s McPherson front suspension, and carries out parallel wheel travel analysis and sensitivity analysis to optimize the key hard points of the suspension. The analysis results show that the optimized hard points can improve the K characteristics of suspension. This method is conducive to improve the vehicle handling stability and can provide support for the performance development of the vehicle.
