摘要
为评价车辆的抗翻滚稳定性,美国专门在NCAP中加入了鱼钩试验,而准确地测量车轮动态离地高度是实现法规测试的基础。通过对车轮跳起运动状态进行分析,根据车轮跳起以后的几何位置关系设计了一种不受悬架类型约束的车轮离地高度的测量方法。通过试验,验证了此测量方法的可行性以及所设计系统的精度可以满足鱼钩试验的要求。
In order to evaluate the anti-rolling stability of vehicles, the United States has specially added a fishhook test into NCAP, and accurate measurement of the dynamic height of wheel above ground is the basis for the implementation of regulatory test. Based on the analysis of the jumping motion of the wheels, a method for measuring the height of the wheel is designed according to the geometric position after the wheel’s jump. The test results prove that the measuring method is feasible and the accuracy of the designed system meets the fishhook test requirements.
