精准扶贫及林业产业扶贫研究现状

Research Status of Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Forestry Industry Poverty Alleviation

精准扶贫是当前国家的一项重要工作,如何完成精准扶贫任务,林业产业发展如何助力精准扶贫是当前林业产业扶贫工作面临的重要课题。通过梳理国内有关精准扶贫、林业产业扶贫相关文献的基础上,从精准扶贫的内涵、模式、绩效评价、运行机制、与农民增收、林业产业扶贫作用、林业产业扶贫问题及对策等方面归纳了相关研究内容,认为学者们从不同视角对精准扶贫和林业产业扶贫进行研究,对完善精准扶贫和林业产业扶贫政策,促进持续脱贫具有重要的现实意义,但从精准扶贫的视角系统研究林业产业发展问题的文献比较少。研究结果对林业产业精准扶贫有重要的参考意义。

Targeted poverty alleviation is an important task in China. How to complete the task of targeted poverty alleviation and how does the development of forestry industry help targeted poverty alleviation, is an important issue facing the current poverty alleviation work in the forestry industry. On the basis of domestic literature relevant to targeted poverty alleviation and forestry industry poverty alleviation, this study analyses the connotation, mode, performance evaluation, operation mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation and its relationship with farmers′ income increase, the role of forestry industry in poverty alleviation, problems and countermeasures of forestry industry poverty alleviation, and summarizes relevant research contents. Most of the studies focus on targeted poverty alleviation and forestry industry poverty alleviation from different perspectives, which has important practical significance for improving targeted poverty alleviation and forestry industry poverty alleviation policies and promoting sustainable poverty alleviation. However, there are few literatures that systematically study the problems in the development of forestry industry from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation. This study has important reference significance for targeted poverty alleviation in forestry industry.
