云南“三区”农户多维贫困测度研究

Study on the Multidimensional Poverty Measure of Farmers in ‘Three Districts’ in Yunnan Province

以云南罗平县、寻甸县、东川区选取的80个农户问卷调查数据为基础,采用A-F方法定量分析了农户的多维贫困现状。结果表明:8个贫困指标导致的单维度贫困发生率从高到低为生活水平、生产资源、收入、健康、教育、政治参与度、卫生设施、家庭资产,1～7维度导致的贫困发生率分别为93.75%、83.75%、43.75%、27.5%、10%、3.75%、1.25%,而生活水平维度(尤其是住房条件)和生产资源维度对多维贫困的影响贡献率最大。据此提出扶贫工作应围绕多个维度展开,且要有所侧重,才能使农村贫困人口真正实现脱贫实现。

In Luoping County, Xundian County and Dongchuan District of Yunnan Province, 80 sample farmers were selected to carry out questionnaire survey. The A-F method was used to quantitatively analyze the multi-dimensional poverty status of the sample farmers. The results show that the incidence of single dimension poverty of 8 poverty indicators from high to low is the standard of living, production resources, income, health, education, political participation, health facilities and family assets. The incidence of poverty in the 1-7 were 93.75%, 83.75%, 43.75%, 27.5%, 10%, 3.75% and 1.25%, respectively, of which the living standards (especially housing conditions) and the dimension of production resources contributed the most to the multidimensional poverty. Accordingly, it is proposed that poverty alleviation work should be multidimensional. Only by highlighting the focus can the rural poor be effectively lifted out of poverty.
