摘要
为研究长螺旋打桩机三环减速器内齿环板的动态特性,利用Ansys workbench软件建立了该减速器的三相内齿环板的有限元模型,对模型进行了模态分析,得到了固有频率和振型,分析了弯曲、扭转及耦合振动特性。结果表明:内齿环板表现出很强的模态密集行为,前1~10阶主要以弯曲振动为主,第11~20阶大多表现出明显的耦合振动特性,主要振幅变形量集中在第2相内齿环板,最大变形量4.608 6 mm,频率为1 830.8 Hz,为长螺旋打桩机专用的三环减速器的结构改进及动态结构优化设计提供一些依据。
The paper aims to study the dynamic characteristics of the inner ring plate of the three ring reducer for a long ring screw pile driver.The finite element model of the three phase inner ring gear plate of this reducer was established by using Ansys workbench.The modal analysis of the model was performed,with its intrinsic frequency and vibration mode obtained.And its characteristics such as bending,torsion and coupled vibration were analyzed.The results show that the inner ring plate exhibits a strong mode intensive behavior.The first 10 orders are dominated by bending vibrations,and the 11 th to 20 th orders mostly show obvious coupling vibration characteristics.The main amplitude deformation is concentrated in the 2 nd phase inner ring gear plate with the maximum deformation of 4.608 6 mm and frequency of 1 830.8 Hz.The result provides a basis for the structural improvement and dynamic structure optimization of the special three ring reducer for long spiral pile drivers.
