Deliberative democracy is an important way to realize the leadership of the party,it is the unique form and advantage of socialist democracy in our country. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has carried out an important exposition of deliberative democracy on the basis of the relevant thoughts of Marxist classic writers,the deliberative democracy theory,the leaders of the CCP and the traditional Chinese culture. He explained the connotation,status,and realization path of socialist deliberative democracy,and initially formed a systematic theory of deliberative democracy. This has played a powerful role in promoting the better development of the theory of deliberative democracy. It is also conducive to expanding the party's political foundation, enhancing the party's ability to govern,and promoting the modernization of the state's governance system.
