颞叶巨大蛇形动脉瘤的影像诊断一例

摘要 蛇形动脉瘤是颅内巨大动脉瘤的一个亚型,瘤体内大部分为机化血栓,有互相分离的流出口与流入口,在血管造影上呈迂曲、扩张的蛇形血管影。本文就1例颞叶蛇形动脉瘤,现将影像表现结合文献报道如下。
