摘要
糖尿病及其引发的并发症给患者的生存寿命和生存质量带来了极大的负面影响,也给患者家属及社会卫生保健体系带来了极大的经济和医疗负担。随着智能手机的普及和可穿戴设备的广泛应用,远程医疗也得到了迅猛发展。基于网络的远程医疗相比于传统的面对面诊治有着众多优势。本文总结了目前远程医疗技术在社区2型糖尿病患者管理中的应用进展,探讨远程医疗综合管理模式存在的问题以及解决措施。
Diabetes and its complications have great negative effects on the quality of life of patients, as well as great economic and medical burdens to the patients’ families and social health care system. With the popularity of smart phones and the wide application of wearable devices, telemedicine has also developed rapidly. Compared with traditional face-to-face diagnosis and treatment, web-based telemedicine has many advantages, with which can effectively improving the diabetes management. This article summarizes the development status and characteristics of the latest applications of telemedicine technology in the management of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community, and discusses the problems and solutions in the telemedicine integrated management model.
