上海市青浦区赵巷社区糖尿病患者并发症筛查结果分析

Analysis of Screening Results of Complications Among Patients with Diabetes in Zhaoxiang Community of Qingpu District, Shanghai

目的了解社区糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况及相关并发症发生情况。方法对赵巷社区590名糖尿病患者进行健康筛查,监测血压、体重、腰臀比、尿常规、和血液生化指标,以了解并发症的发生情况。结果社区糖尿病并发症筛查对象的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、血肌酐、尿肌酐和尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐的异常率分别为76.61%、81.19%、61.69%、48.64%、11.36%、27.63%和17.29%。结论本次筛查对象健康指标有一定损失,血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白控制不佳,存在轻度肾功能损伤。有效控制血糖,控制远期并发症对社区糖尿病患者意义重要。

Objective To understand the glycemic control and complications of diabetes patients in community. Methods A total of 590 diabetes patients in Zhaoxiang Community were screened, and their blood pressure, body weight, waist-hip ratio, urine routine and blood biochemical indexes were monitored to understand the occurrence of complications. Results The abnormal rates of fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, serum creatinine, urinary creatinine ,and urinary microalbumin/creatinine were 76.61%, 81.19%, 61.69%, 48.64%, 11.36%, 27.63% and 17.29% respectively.. Conclusion The health indicators of the screening subjects have some loss, and the control of blood sugar, blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin is not good. There is mild renal function damage. Effective control of blood sugar and long-term complications is important for community diabetes patients.
