上海市青浦区练塘社区部分糖尿病患者健康指标监测结果分析

Analysis About Surveillance Results on Health Indicators of Diabetes Patients in Liantang Community of Qingpu District, Shanghai

目的了解上海市青浦区练塘镇糖尿病患者健康指标变化,为开展积分制工作打下基础。方法对练塘镇参与糖尿病积分制关管理的1,308名糖尿病患者开展健康监测,了解血液生化指标变化。结果本次调查的1,308名社区糖尿病患者胆固醇均值为4.77 mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白为2.85 mmol/L,肌酐为77.17 mmol/L,尿酸为7.51 mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白为7.24%,均超过正常参考范围。血液生化指标间两两相关,有统计学显著性差异。结论练塘社区在开展糖尿病积分制管理前,血糖、血脂、肾功能指标控制不佳,需加强对患者的健康干预,通过健康教育、血糖监测、饮食控制等,积极控制血糖。

Objective To understand the changes of health indicators of diabetic patients in Liantang Town of Qingpu District, and to lay a foundation for the work of scoring system. Methods A total of 1308 community diabetes patients who participated in the management of scoring system in Liantang Town were monitored, and fasting venous blood was taken to understand the changes of blood biochemical indicators. Results The mean cholesterol, LDL, creatinine, uric acid, and glycosylated hemoglobin of 1,308 community diabetes patients were 4.77mmol/L, 2.85mmol/L, 77.17mmol/L, 7.51mmol/L and 7.24% respectively, which exceeded the normal reference range. There were two correlations between blood biochemical indicators, and there were significant differences. Conclusion Before the management of diabetes scoring system in Liantang Town, the control level of blood sugar, blood lipid, and renal function index are not good. It is necessary to strengthen the health intervention of patients and actively control blood sugar through health education, blood sugar monitoring and dietary control.
