为实施乡村振兴战略,缩小城乡差距,国家在近年来已经出台了许多相关的扶贫政策,大力推动农村地区的改革发展。目前,福建区域许多农村的经济实体运营状况不佳,农村改革滞后发展,很大一部分是由于经营管理效能的低下,产业体系不完善导致的,使得这些地区对资金、资本、信息流的吸引力持续走低,为了改变现状,需要有针对性地强化农村经济经营管理。
