乌鲁木齐市足球特色学校足球教师队伍调查研究

Investigation and Research on Football Teachers in Urumqi Football characteristic School

为提高乌鲁木齐市足球特色学校足球教师队伍的整体水平,为乌鲁木齐市乃至新疆培养更多的优秀足球后备人才。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对乌鲁木齐市十四所足球特色学校进行调查,分析乌鲁木齐市足球特色学校足球教师的数量、年龄、性别、学历、专业、运动员等级、裁判员等级、教练员等级和师资待遇等方面情况,并在此基础上提出改进的意见。

In order to improve the overall level of football teachers in Urumqi Football Characteristic Schools, we should train more excellent football reserve talents for Urumqi and even Xinjiang. This paper investigates fourteen football characteristic schools in Urumqi by means of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. It analyses the number, age, sex, educational background, profession, athlete's grade, referee's grade, coach's grade and teacher's treatment of football teachers in Urumqi football characteristic schools, and puts forward suggestions for improvement on this basis.
