At present, in the process of rapid development and progress of our society, the national level of economy and science and technology has been well developed. Under this background, more and more people begin to realize the importance of campus work. Because education is the foundation of talent training, the development of all kinds of work in colleges and universities becomes the key factor of the quality of social talent training. This paper is to carry out research on the related work of logistics personnel management in colleges and universities, hoping that its work can accord with the current situation of social and economic development and adapt to the changes of society, so as to provide the basic support for the education of colleges and universities. The application of refined management concept in it can be effective. In order to improve the quality of logistics personnel work and reduce the cost and resource consumption to a maximum extent, it belongs to a kind of advanced management concept, which can provide the most basic guarantee for the development of human resources work in university logistics.
