摘要
5G系统是我国实施"网络强国""制造强国"战略的重要信息基础设施,更是发展新一代信息通信技术的高地。频率资源是研发、部署5G系统最关键的基础资源。根据ITU-R 5G愿景建议书,分析了5G系统所需要的频谱结构,并结合ITU、3GPP相关研究情况和全球主要国家5G频谱策略,提出了我国5G频率规划建议。
5G is the important information infrastructure for our country to implement the strategy of"network power"and"manufacturing power",and is also the highland for developing a new generation of information and communication technology.Frequency resource is the basic and key resources for the 5G development.According to ITU-R 5G Vision Recommendation,it analyzes the 5G spectrum structure,and combines the related research situation of ITU and 3GPP,the 5G spectrum strategy of the major countries,puts forward the suggestion of 5G frequency planning in China.
