Notch信号通路在血管功能调控中的作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 正常的血管系统是维持内环境稳定和细胞生长代谢的基础,其功能的维持由多个内外因素共同决定,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、Wnt/β-catenin、Notch、促血管生成素I/II(Ang-I/II)等多个信号通路对血管发育的各个阶段产生重要影响,其中Notch信号通路作为人体内一条进化上十分保守的传导通路,在血管功能调控中起着特殊的作用。本文就近年来Notch信号通路对血管内皮细胞(VECs)和血管平滑肌细胞(SMCs)的调节作用的研究进展作一综述。
