应用ICF核心分类组合及mMRC在慢阻肺疗效中的评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:应用ICF分类组合对COPD临床疗效进行评估。方法:选取2016-05~2017-05在黑龙江省佳木斯大学附属第一医院呼吸内科住院的COPD患者146例为病例组(平均年龄(59.63±11.37)岁,男女比例1:1)。使用ICF分类组合量表与CAT评分表、mMRC分级评分表采用问卷的方法,统计数据计算评分。结果:ICF量表与CAT评分表、mMRC评分表评分结果均呈正相关(P<0.05);治疗前后得分比较结果显示,ICF中的身体功能、活动和参加评分有统计学意义(P<0.05),分类类目中除b280痛觉敏感、b410心(心率)b530体重保持3个类目没有统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICF功能障碍分类组合可以反映COPD患者住院治疗前后各项功能的变化,有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of COPD by using ICF classification combination. Methods: A total of 146 patients with COPD were enrolled from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from May 2016 to May 2017 as the case group (mean age 59.63±11.37, male to female ratio 1:1). The scores were calculated by statistical methods using the ICF classification combination, the CAT score table and the mMRC score scale. Results: The ICF scale was positively correlated with the scores of the CAT and mMRC scores (P<0.05). Score comparisons before and after treatment showed that the physical function, activities, and participation scores in the ICF were statistically significant (P<0.05), except for b280 hypersensitivity and b410 heart (heart rate) b530 weights, which were not statistically significant (P>0.05), the rest were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The ICF dysfunction classification combination can reflect the changes of various functions of COPD patients before and after hospitalization, and has certain clinical application value.
