256层螺旋CT血管成像技术对胆囊动脉的显示效果

The effect of 256 slice spiral CT angiography on the display of cystic artery

目的:利用256层螺旋CT血管成像后处理技术评估胆囊动脉。方法:随机选取221例患者在我院行上腹部增强扫描检查的影像资料,了解胆囊动脉显示情况,观察胆囊动脉起源、支数及其与胆囊三角的关系。结果:221例患者中211例(95.47%)显示胆囊动脉,共显示229支,其中1支者193例,2支者18例,3支及以上者未见显示,其中显示评分0分10例、1分58例、2分153例。胆囊动脉起源于肝右动脉180例、非肝右动脉49例。胆囊动脉与胆囊三角关系:Ia型179例,其它50例。结论:256层螺旋CT血管成像技术能清晰显示胆囊动脉起源、支数及走形,为腹腔镜胆囊切除术术前评估提供可靠依据。

Objective: To evaluate cystic artery by using 256 slice spiral CT angiography postprocessing technique. Methods: 221 cases of upper abdominal enhanced scan in our hospital were randomly selected to understand the manifestation of the cystic artery, and to observe the origin of the cystic artery, the number of the cystic artery and its relation with the gallbladder triangle. Results: A total of 229 cystic arteries were shown in 211 cases (95.47%), including 193 branches in 1 branch, 18 branches in 2 branches, and no branches in 3 branches or above. There were 10 cases with 0 score, 58 cases with 1 score and 153 cases with 2 score. The cystic artery originated from the right hepatic artery in 180 cases, and not in the right hepatic artery in 49 cases.The relation between the cystic artery and the gallbladder triangle: 179 cases of Ia type, 50 others. Conciusion: 256 slice spiral CT angiography can clearly show the origin, number and shape of cystic artery, which provides a reliable basisi for the preoperative evaluation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
