GPX1在腺样囊性癌肿瘤组织中的表达研究

摘要 目的:研究谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶1(GPX1)在腺样囊性癌肿瘤组织中的表达情况。方法:选取2014-02~2015-02我院收治的腺样囊性癌肿瘤患者35例为研究对象。分别采集所有患者癌组织与癌旁正常组织,以免疫组织化学法检测不同组织中GPX1的表达情况,并分析GPX1表达与腺样囊性癌肿瘤患者的临床病理特征的关系。此外,对所有患者均进行为期3年的随访,将其按照存活情况分为生存组与死亡组,比较两组GPX1表达情况。结果:腺样囊性癌组织GPX1表达阳性率为68.57%,相比癌旁正常组织的11.43%较高(P<0.05)。有神经侵犯的腺样囊性癌肿瘤患者GPX1表达阳性率为82.61%,相比无神经侵犯患者的41.67%较高(P<0.05)。生存组GPX1表达阳性率为52.17%,相比死亡组的100.00%较低(均P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析可得:影响腺样囊性癌肿瘤患者死亡的独立危险因素囊括临床分期、淋巴结转移、GPX1高表达(均P<0.05)。结论:GPX1在腺样囊性癌肿瘤组织中存在明显高表达,且与神经侵犯存在密切相关,可能成为临床上腺样囊性癌患者的早期诊断、预后评估有效指标。且临床分期、淋巴结转移、GPX1高表达均会增加腺样囊性癌患者死亡的风险,应予以重视。 Objective: To study and analyze the expression of glutathione peroxidase 1 (GPX1) in adenoid cystic carcinoma tumor tissues and to provide references for clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of adenoid cystic carcinoma tumors. Methods: 35 patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as study subjects. All patients' cancer tissues and normal adjacent tissues were collected separately, and the expression of GPX1 in different tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry method, and the relationship between GPX1 expression and the clinicopathological features of adenoid cystic carcinoma patients were analyzed. In addition, all patients were followed up for 3 years, and were divided into survival group and death group according to the survival condition, and GPX1 expression of the two groups was compared. Results: The positive rate of GPX1 expression in adenoid cystic carcinoma tissue was 68.57%, which was higher than 11.43% in normal adjacent tissues (P<0.05). However, the positive rate of GPX1 expression was 82.61% in patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma with nerve invasion, higher than 41.67% in patients without neuroinvasion (P<0.05). The positive rate of GPX1 expression in the survival group was 52.17%, which was lower than 100.00% in the death group, and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors influencing the death of adenoid cystic carcinoma patients included clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, and high GPX1 expression (all P<0.05). Conclusion: GPX1 is highly expressed in adenoid cystic carcinoma tumor tissues, and is closely related to nerve invasion, which may be an effective indicator for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in clinical adenoid cystic carcinoma patients. It deserves clinical attention. In addition, clinical stages lymph node metastasis and high GPX1 expression all increase the risk of death in patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma, which should be paid attention to.
