综合性护理干预在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内窥镜手术围手术期的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period of endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps

目的:探究采用综合性强的护理措施在对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内窥镜手术上的临床效果。方法:选择2017-11～2018-05来医院进行鼻内窥镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者50例作为探究对象,按照随机分组的方式将患者分为两组,即观察组与对照组各为25例,对照组使用以往常规的护理手段,而观察组则使用综合性强的护理手段,比较两组患者术前与术后六月SNOT-20量表相关评分以及对护理手段的满意程度。结果:观察组SNOT-20评分为(8.78±3.17)分明显低于对照组(11.75±6.36)分,在统计学上具有意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理手段的满意程度(84.00%)明显高于对照组(44.00%),在统计学上具有意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用综合性强的护理措施在对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者鼻内窥镜手术上效果非常显著,可以有效缓解患者临床症状,提高患者对护理手段的满意程度。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing measures on endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods: 50 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery from November 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each. The control group were used conventional routine nursing methods, and the observation group were used comprehensive and strong nursing methods. SNOT-20 scales and nursing satisfactory before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results: The SNOT-20 score of the observation group (8.78±3.17) was significantly lower than that of the control group (11.75±6.36), which was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the nursing group in the observation group (84.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (44.00%), which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive and strong nursing measures are very effective in endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
