摘要
目的:研究分析沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的气道炎症和高反应性的疗效。方法:此次研究的对象是选取2013-02~2014-02我院收治的支气管哮喘急性发作患者72例,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并随机分成两组,每组各36例,均用氨茶碱稀后静注,合并感染者常规使用抗生素。治疗组给予沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入,对照组静注地塞米松,口服沙丁胺醇。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率97.2%(35/36)高于对照组86.1%(31/36),显著差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者嗜酸性粒细胞比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组FEV1、FEV1/FVC对比不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗组患者治疗后的IL-5明显低于治疗前,治疗后的IL-10和PD20-FEV1等均明显高于治疗前,但治疗组治疗后的IL-5、IL-10和PD20-FEV1与对照组相比仍存在较大差异(P<0.05)。结论:沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作,疗效好,副作用轻微。
Objective: To study the efficacy and adverse reactions of salbutamol combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of airway inflammation and hyperresponsiveness during acute episodes of bronchial asthma. Methods: 72 cases of acute attack of bronchial asthma in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Both groups were given aminophylline diluted intravenous injection, and antibiotics were routinely used in co-infected patients. The treatment group was given salbutamol combined with budesonide oxygen atomization inhalation, and the control group was injected dexamethasone, and salbutamol was taken orally. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of 2h in the treatment group was 97.2%(35/36), higher than that of the control group (86.1%)(31/36), and the significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction between the control group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Atomization inhalation of salbutamol combined with budesonide in the treatment of airway inflammation and hyperresponsiveness during acute episodes of bronchial asthma is effective and mild.
