笔者从数据库系统在实践应用中存在的问题入手,对MySQL数据库索引技术进行了探讨与研究,分析了MySQL数据库索引的数据结构和运行原理,归纳了MySQL数据库中索引种类和使用特点,总结了MySQL创建、修改数据库索引常用命令,并用实验的方法验证了索引在数据库检索中发挥的重要作用。

Starting from the problems existing in the application of database system,the author discusses and studies the index technology of MySQL database,analyses the data structure and operation principle of MySQL database index,sums up the types and characteristics of index in MySQL database,summarizes the common commands of creating and modifying database index in MySQL database,and verifies the index in database by experiment.Retrieval plays an important role.
