摘要
SATA接口是常用的硬盘数据传输接口。目前SATA接口插座的生产多采用人工装配方式,劳动强度大、效率低。通过对SATA-7pin母头连接器的装配工艺进行研究,划分为10道工序,设计了一台SATA-7pin母头连接器自动化装配机,主要包括机械结构部件和气动系统,并给出了以PLC为核心的控制系统的设计。该设备可减少人工数量,降低作业难度,提高生产效率。
The SATA interface is a commonly used data transmission interface for hard disk. At present, the production of SATA interface sockets is mostly manual assembly, which is high labor intensity and low efficiency. Through the research on the assembly process of SATA -7pin female connector, it is divided into 10 processes,and a SATA - 7 pin female connector automatic assembly machine is designed, which mainly includes mechanical structural components and pneumatic system, and the design of control system based on PLC is given. The equipment can reduce the number of labor, reduce the difficulty of operation and increase the production efficiency.
