摘要
以技能大赛赛题为素材,研究了在光栅图像模式下凸辊工件的三维建模技术,同时对该工件的加工工艺、刀具路径、切削参数等进行了实验和优化,最终完成该工件集建模、工艺、刀路于一体的高效、精密多轴加工策略。经验证,采用该策略在有效地保证加工质量的基础上,明显地提高了加工效率。此策略的开发对该类型零件的高效精密制造有较好的借鉴意义。
In this paper, the three-dimensional modeling technology of convex roller parts in Grating image mode was studied by using the skills competition as the material. Meanwhile, the processing technic, tool path and cutting parameters of the component were experimented and optimized. The high efficiency and precision multi-axis machining process of the part was finally demonstrated in the aspect of modeling, technology and knife road. The results show that this method can obviously improve the machining efficiency on the foundation of the machining quality. The development of this strategy has a good reference significance for the efficient and precise manufacturing of this type of parts.
