摘要
针对某型号齿轮马达边盖工件,在加工过程中出现的产能及精度达不到要求的问题,通过分析检测数据得出产生加工误差的主要原因,优化后的工艺提高了边盖圆跳动和同轴度的精度。生产加工证明:新的加工工艺使得边盖的合格率提高到96%、加工效率提高了20%。
Aiming at the problem that the productivity and precision of the side cover parts of a gear motor cannot meet the requirement in the process of machining, the main reason of machining error is obtained by analyzing the testing data, and the optimized process improves the precision of the side cover circle proper alignment and Circle run- out. The production process proves that the qualified rate of the edge cover is increased to 96% and the processing efficiency is increased by 20%.
