一种新型回转定位锁紧装置

摘要 介绍了一种新型的用于回转铣头回转后定位锁紧的装置。回转铣头安装于大型数控镗铣床上,通过回转定位可实现对工件多个面或多个不同部位的加工。新的定位装置将定位元件间的线接触改进为面接触,大大增加了结合面的承载力,提高了装置的刚性。与普通回转铣头的销轴定位锁紧装置相比,该新型装置有效地减小了配合间隙,且实现了间隙的可调整,从而提高了回转铣头的定位精度。该装置也降低了安装维修工人的技术要求。 This article introduces a newly developed locking device for milling head orientation. Milling head attachments are installed on large CNC milling-boring machine tools on which multiple planes and locations of the work piece can be machined during one setup. Compared with linear contact with pin shaft, planar contact between location elements on the new device greatly increases bearing capability of jointing surface and improves the rigidity of the locking device. The new device effectively reduces fit clearance which also becomes adjustable, thus improves accuracy of milling head orientation. The skill level required of the fit and service worker is also reduced.
