摘要
曲轴主轴颈车床加工出现曲轴小头中心孔和小头端面磕碰伤问题,从不同的角度对问题产生的原因进行分析,将机床预支撑固定V型改造成可升降V型装置。经实际生产证明此次改造方案设计合理,解决了改造前出现的问题,具有良好的可靠性。
Crank journal lathe processing occurs the crankshaft small head center hole and small head end knock against injury problems, from different angles to analyze the causes of the problem, and the pre- supported fixed V shape of the machine was transformed into a lifting V shape device, the practical production has proved that the reconstruction scheme design is reasonable, has solved the problems before modification, and has good reliability.
